WORLD`S #5 MOST EXPENSIVE CAR

‘Porsche Carrera GT’ is at the fifth position. The ‘car of dreams’, Porsche, has the most fascinating features, accentuating the look of a sports car, meant for the rich and poised. Its super refined technology gives it an edge over the other street ragers. The car costs staggering $484,000.

A brief knowledge about the car’s past story will help you get acquainted with the four-wheeler from its roots. The car was introduced to the market, immediately after the 911 GT1 and LMP1-98 racing cars disappeared from the roads. Porsche planned for the new Le Mans prototype in 1999. However, the project was dismissed for a certain time period due to some problems. However, later Porsche decided to keep the project alive and develop the Carrera Gts. The production started in 2004.

The car is a rage on the road. It takes you on a gleeful ride, gliding you through the roads, rendering a smooth drive all through your ride. The car is powered by 5.7 litre V10 engine, producing a horse power of 450 kW. The car boasts about an acceleration of 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, with a maximum speed of 330 km/h.

It is a stylish car with a combination of five colors making it the most adorable street rager. The five paints include Fayence Yellow, Guards Red, Seal Grey, Basalt Black and GT Silver. The air dams and the large side inlets help to cool the large V10 frame by the carbon fibre rear hood. The pad brakes are embraced in 15 inch ceramic, which brings an impressive appearance underneath the 19th inch front and the 20 inch rear tires. The GT model also includes an automated rear wing spoiler.

The seats are sophisticated in soft leather and throughout the interior the speckled look in dazzling leather is everything to steal your heart. Very ‘Porsche’ in style, the ignition is to the left of the steering wheel. The car is installed with super refined technology that incorporates a pure carbon fiber monocoque and subframe, inboard suspension and dry sump lubrication. What is special about the car is that, its radiator is about five times the size of a 911 turbo’s. When driving the car, you may miss out on the dynamic stability control, but you will surely love the traction control, that proves to be a better substitute.
